The Insta360 X3 Best price in Kenya is Ksh 44,000.Shop for the Insta360 X3 in Kenya now at Mobihub Eletronics. It is a high-performance 360° action camera designed to capture fully immersive video and photos in all directions. It excels at third-person views, dynamic reframing, and creative content like hyperlapses, bullet-time, and cinematic transitions — all while maintaining ruggedness for outdoor and action use.

The Adventure Kit enhances the base camera with a range of essential accessories, making it ready for long outings, dynamic sports, and extended creative shoots without the need to purchase gear separately.

Design and Build Quality

The X3 features a sleek, vertical design that houses dual ultra-wide lenses on the front and back, allowing it to capture 360-degree footage with seamless internal stitching. The build is rugged and waterproof up to 10 meters (33 feet) without needing an external case, and it’s constructed to handle dust, drops, and inclement weather.

The Adventure Kit often includes a lens cap or protective cover, which is especially useful since the large fisheye lenses are exposed and vulnerable to scratches if not protected.

Display and Controls

The X3 introduces a 2.29-inch touchscreen—the largest ever on an Insta360 camera. This bright, intuitive display allows you to preview footage, adjust settings, and swipe through menus with ease. Despite being a 360° camera, the UI is responsive and familiar, allowing for single-finger operation even while moving.

A single-button QuickCapture feature lets you power on the camera and start recording instantly, so you never miss spontaneous moments.

Video Performance and Modes

The Insta360 X3 captures stunning 360° video at up to:

5.7K at 30fps (360 mode)
4K single-lens mode for standard wide-angle POV shots

Its 360 video mode allows users to reframe footage in post — you film everything, then choose your angle later using the Insta360 app or Studio software. This eliminates the need to point the camera and ensures you never miss a moment.

Key creative video modes include:

Me Mode (3rd-person follow cam with no selfie stick in frame)
Bullet Time (slow-motion orbit-style shots)
TimeShift (hyperlapse with speed ramping)
Loop Recording (like a dashcam)
HDR video for scenes with mixed lighting

Photo Capabilities

The X3 captures 72MP 360° photos—a major leap in still image resolution compared to previous models. It also supports:

18MP standard 360° photos
HDR photo mode
Burst and interval shooting
PureShot (AI-enhanced photo processing with better dynamic range)

Photos can be reframed in the app or exported as panoramic images, tiny planets, or regular wide-angle views, giving creators full control over the output style.

Image Stabilization and Horizon Lock

The X3 features Insta360’s FlowState Stabilization, ensuring gimbal-like smoothness without any additional hardware. Whether you’re skiing, biking, or walking, footage remains buttery smooth.

360° Horizon Lock is available in both 360 and single-lens modes, ensuring your horizon stays perfectly level even if the camera spins or tilts during action. This is especially valuable for sports like motocross, skydiving, or downhill biking.

Audio Performance

The camera is equipped with four microphones for 360° spatial audio, enabling directional sound capture and better ambient sound detail. Voice control is supported for hands-free operation, and wind reduction is built-in, which helps when filming at high speed or in outdoor environments.

Battery and Runtime

Powering the X3 is a removable 1800mAh battery, which provides approximately 75–80 minutes of recording time in most standard settings. The Adventure Kit includes extra batteries and a fast-charging hub, allowing users to swap batteries quickly and charge multiple packs simultaneously.

This extended runtime setup is essential for full-day shoots, travel, or action sports where charging opportunities are limited.

Connectivity and App Features

The X3 pairs with the Insta360 app via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for real-time control, live preview, and powerful AI editing tools. You can:

Reframe 360° footage with tap-and-track controls
Apply auto edits with music and transitions
Transfer files wirelessly to your phone
Export in various aspect ratios for social platforms

The app is intuitive and designed for fast, share-ready editing — including TikTok-style vertical content or cinematic horizontal exports.
