Verdict

The Xpad is a flagship product by Infinix as the fast-growing tech company ventures into the competitive tablet niche market. The mid-range device holds up its own, compared to already established brands. The sleek design with an aluminum frame and back adds to its durability and aesthetic appeal. The 11-inch Full HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate provides a vibrant and responsive viewing experience. Powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 processor, it offers smooth performance for everyday tasks and gaming. Running on Android 14 with Infinix’s XOS, the tablet has a user-friendly interface and additional features. Moreover, up to 256GB 8GB RAM (with MicroSDXC) is not bad for a mid-price flagship tablet, as Infinix tests the waters. I am sure subsequent tablets will have superior features and better functionality.

There are several drawbacks to this otherwise modest tablet. The Helio G99 cannot perform very intensive tasks without struggling and getting the device all heated up. Graphics are also below average. While 1440p is modest for a mid-priced device, it still falls short of the 4K most users prefer on their precious gadgets to record high-quality videos. The Xpad is not waterproof, compromising its durability. Besides, it weighs 496g, which might feel a bit heavy for prolonged handheld use. The absence of NFC might be a drawback for users who rely on contactless payments.

Conclusion

Overall, the Infinix Xpad Tablet offers a solid mix of performance, display quality, and battery life at an affordable price, making it a good choice for you, if you are budget-conscious but love moving with the latest devices on the market.
