Performance

Under the hood, the OnePlus Ace 5 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, which—while no longer the absolute latest in mid-2025—remains a flagship-level SoC:

• CPU: Octa-core (1x Cortex-X3 + 4x Performance + 3x Efficiency cores)

• GPU: Adreno 740

• RAM: Options include 12GB, 16GB, and a high-end 24GB LPDDR5X

• Storage: UFS 4.0, with variants of 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB

This combination allows for top-tier gaming, multitasking, and heavy app usage without thermal throttling, thanks to its advanced vapor chamber cooling system.
